Description

In 1970, the Kinks released another concept album, 'Lola Versus Powerman And The Moneygoround, Part One', on which Ray Davies critically and cynically dealt with the conventions and constraints of the music industry. Musically, the band moved away from British sophistication and focused more on US-sounding stadium rock. With 'Apeman' and especially 'Lola' the album contained two international single hits. ERs went on another US tour and they played this gig, broadcast by Radio KSAN-FM, at the legendary Fillmore West / San Francisco on November 13, 1970.
After the CD version, the LP version is finally released on dark green vinyl, with printed inner sleeves and hand-numbered!
