El Rock'n'Roll en Argentina 1956-1958 - Vol.1
For more than two decades, the journalist Victor Tapia and the musician Zelmar Garn investigate the origins of rock in Argentina. Finding unknown material, ignored even by the same companies that published it in its original years. Going through this path as researchers and trying to put together so many years of oblivion, they were preparing a series of rescue recordings that reveal a lot of Argentine music that, when contextualized, acquires its due historical value. This compilation is a respectful, curious tour of the national rock recordings between 1956-58 and in homage to the pioneers of the genre in Argentina.
