Description
London, 1964. The album that never was — until now. The Eyes were one of the most visionary bands of the British Mod and Freakbeat scene: feedback-drenched guitars, fuzz-driven riffs, and a pop-art image that pushed further than even The Who. Between 1965 and 1966 they released a handful of cult singles "When The Night Falls", "I'm Rowed Out", "My Degeneration", "You're Too Much" before disbanding in 1967 without ever recording a full album. Guerssen Records (GUESS268) finally assembles the complete picture: all cult 45s plus rare demos and acetate tracks, remastered in mono, with an eight-page colour insert featuring liner notes by Paul "Smiler" Anderson and rare photos. Essential for Mod, Garage, Freakbeat, and Psychedelic collectors.
New vinyl. Available now at Copasetic Mailorder.
