Available for the first time on vinyl LP: the debut album by US gothabilly band The Koffin Kats, a limited edition of 500 copies with random vinyl color and a four-color printed insert on Ring Of Fire.
From Detroit, Koffin Kats have been active since 2003 with their energetic mix of punk 'n' roll, horror punk, and psychobilly, playing over 200 live shows a year at their peak. The trio, fronted by singer and double bassist Vic Victor, is nothing less than a family, and they also pursue other joint ventures such as their own label, a recording studio, and a merchandise company. They call their music "gothabilly," which they perform live with impressive energy and charisma. The band released the eight songs of their debut album in their founding year of 2003, and it was re-released on CD in 2004 by the Texas label Hairball 8 Records, but never before on vinyl. After more than two decades and almost 3,000 live performances around the world, the band, now active again with its original lineup, is happy to finally be able to make up for this.
