Description
Protests by traditionalists in Japan, who refused to allow the group to appear in the Budokan, a hall in Tokyo mainly reserved for martial arts, caused unrest. But the Fab Four ended up playing here five times in three days. The gig on June 30th and July 1st was recorded by Japanese TV and the audio track forms the basis of this release with a luxurious 36-page booklet and bonus DVD with live excerpts and interviews.
As it should be for a release from Japan, the whole thing comes with an 'Obi-Strip' banderole on the side.
Format: 36-page hand-numbered hardcover book, with double white 180g 12inch LP, including a replica of the concert ticket, exclusive DVD and A2 poster, sealed with a Japanese OBI strip.
