The decorations are up. The lights are low. Now give the turntable something to do.
Whether you’re planning a Halloween get-together or spending October 31st at home with a stack of records, there’s no need to leave the soundtrack to the same old party playlist. Have a dig at Copasetic Mailorder and make room for something you’ll want to play after the pumpkins have gone.
Three records for your Halloween dig
Start with DARTS — Halloween Love Songs on LP. If that title has caught your curiosity, follow it to the product page and find out whether it belongs in your October record pile.
Next stop: SUPER DUPER SPOOKY SUPERGROUP — Halloween Riots!. Then take a look at the compilation Greasy Mike’s Revenge on the Halloween Monsters. Three starting points, with plenty of room to follow your own taste.
Check the individual descriptions for release details, current prices and availability. A seasonal title is an invitation to investigate, not a reason to buy a record you won’t actually play.
Build a set, not just a theme
Your whole evening doesn’t need to have “Halloween” printed on the sleeve. Mix your themed picks with records from our beat and garage selection or explore the rockabilly, rock’n’roll and psychobilly collection.
Choose a few familiar favourites and something your friends might not know yet. Give each record a proper listen beforehand and work out what you want to play next. That’s more fun than letting an algorithm have all the say.
A little Halloween style
For something beyond the record shelf, check out the Happy Halloween T-shirt by Julian Weber. Read the product page for available sizes and details before choosing yours.
If you’re ordering for October 31st, check current availability and shipping information and leave time for delivery. Pre-orders need particular attention; we’re not promising a Halloween arrival here.
Have a dig, pick your treats and keep the records spinning.
Take care & keep spinning,
Alex
